Gottlieb's Flipper Cowboy

Gottlieb

Classic Western-themed Pinball

Flipper Cowboy is a classic 1960’s pinball machine. It features pop bumpers, targets, and a spinning roto-target that changes numbers every time it is hit. As with most of the Gottlieb games from the early to mid 1960’s it features the great, clean artwork of Roy Parker. The animated backbox contains a cowboy with a pistol shooting at a target. The target spins when shot and the bell rings. Characters in western-style dress decorate the glass and playfield.

Flipper Cowboy is an add-a-ball game. Each game starts with five balls, but the players have an opportunity to earn extra balls throughout the game. The back glass illuminates the number of balls to play – up to 10. The object of the game is to collect as many numbers in a row as possible. Four in a row provides one extra ball and one extra ball for every additional number.

During the restoration process we cleaned and polished the playfield and plastics. We added new lights and new rubber rings as well as new bumper caps and new numbered-decals on the roto-target. In addition, we polished the coin door and strike plate. The playfield and back glass are in great shape.

Flipper Cowboy is a one-player game suitable for all ages. The game has been configured for free play. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
