Roller Derby Is Back

Williams Rollergames, designed in 1990, features three flippers, three pop bumpers, a bank of three drop targets, and several wire-form ramps. The game also features a vertical up-kicker that launches the ball into position for the magnet feature.

The colorful artwork depicts a roller derby stadium with two teams racing around the track. The game is named after a short-lived TV show. Various sponsors, including Pepsi and Thermos, are assigned to the six roller derby teams, representing different modes to be completed. The game has great background music with different tracks for different modes of the game, such as multi-ball mode and jackpot mode.

Rollergames has a cool magnet feature that catches the ball as it drops from the wireform, holds it in place to line up the shot, then tells the player when to flip – releasing the ball from the magnet at the same time. With the right shot, the player can launch the ball straight up the ramp. During regular play, the game will release any captive balls into a wire-form race track that loads them back into the ball lock, making it look like the balls are eager for action.

Rollergames is a four-player game with full speech and music, an alpha-numeric display used for scores and animation, and multi-ball modes. The game is in excellent condition and has been completely restored. It is setup for free play. Please e-mail us for pictures and more details.
